Hi, I’m Neelima Ajayakumar! I’m passionate about using education and creativity to help students build confidence and succeed in their careers. After completing my BBA and MBA, I worked in educational administration before joining Opentutor Digital Academy as an Academic Counselor. Today, I lead operations at both Opentutor Digital Academy and Opentutor Design School, where I’ve supported over 700 student admissions and designed programs that turn learning into real-world success.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding students from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate academic challenges and build confidence in their abilities. My focus has been on creating opportunities that combine structured learning with real-world experiences, enabling students to set goals, overcome challenges, and unlock their potential. Seeing them grow and achieve success continues to be the most rewarding part of my journey.

My journey started with a passion for education and a desire to help others grow. After completing my BBA and MBA, I stepped into academic administration, learning how to create better learning environments. Joining Opentutor Digital Academy in 2022 was a turning point — I helped build structured programs and mentor students. Today, I lead two institutes, helping learners gain the skills and confidence to succeed.
